If people from different cultures meet each other, cultural differences might easily lead to misunderstandings and misunderstandings easily turn into conflicts. I like to build bridges between people that help them to classify differences correctly and thereby avoid misunderstandings and conflicts.
Through my intercultural trainings I will help you to develop the necessary sensitivity for the interaction with people from different cultures. Therefore, I address the following target groups:
- Medium-sized companies that either have business partners from a different cultural background or employ professionals with a migration background.
- People planning an extended visit in another country who want to start their journey well prepared.
- Mediators who want to obtain intercultural competence to be able to mediate intercultural conflicts in a more professional way in the future.
